Our Zoo Lights Trip

Like the Walkers, we hit Zoo lights the day after Thanksgiving. In the past the kids all stayed the night after dinner at Dean and Jan's and then we meet up at the zoo the next night and they all come home with us for a night, but they are all moved out and KRS is the only "little" one left in the group, so we just came home together. We all met on the bridge at 6:15 PM Friday and jumped into the line, which moved quite fast. We were there for nearly 3 hours. I guess the girls spent too much time petting the rays and riding the carosel. We watched the musical trees for 2 sets and ate cookie and drank hot cocoa that Jan brought along. As tradition stands, here are a few pictures from that night.
