Softball, softball, softball. KRS is busy with school softball having practice after school daily for 1.5 hours plus practice with Club softball (Desert Wolves) with 4.5 hours of practice during the week and either tournament play or 2.5 hours of practice on the weekends. She will play in tournaments every other weekend for 3 months...it is really a lot of fun. We now have her in private batting lessons once per week too...She is doing so well!!
So Randy guilted me into posting again. I do have lots to post about just never get around to it. So let's see what can I share today? How about some of the more recent pictures that I have available today.
We have a new member of our family. The long awaited arrival is quite a handful. We drove to New Mexico to pick him up from his ranch home nearly 4 weeks ago. Jim stays near him at night to make sure he gets out for his early morning potty breaks. I sleep through the night. A complete opposite the when KRS was born! I have included some pictures that I had quickly available. He has nearly doubled in size and weight already. For those not up on breeds, he is an Blue Merle Austrailian Shephard.
Emily Grace was born Friday morning, June 19, 2009, at 12:51 am, weighing in at 8 pounds 1.1 ounces and 20 inches long. Below are some pictures from the hospital.
Here are some hugs from big brother while Mommy looks on.
A shot of SAR and JRR at the beach this summer. I think they like each other....Luckily there is enough love to go around as SAR is expected JRR's little brother or sister in June this year!!
Here are some pictures of the stables and horses from yesterday. The newest edition is Grey Goose and is less than 2 days old. He is not grey yet, but he should turn as he gets older. It was a beautiful day to go out and watch them run and play...and in some cases stand there.
They had their birthday party on the same day as the Cardinal's NFC Championship Game. It was a great party and the boys got lots of great gifts and we all had ymmy pizza and drinks. Here are some pictures.
Okay, so 2 days after her birthday, we grabbed some of her friends that live nearby and headed to the local bowling alley for some fun and games. But, it was not a birthday party. She did not have one yet this year. It is so hard to plan so close to all the other holiday's and the kids are all out of school. Last year we had her 1/2 birthday in June and went to Amazing Jakes. We may do something like that again this year, as long as we have a budget to do it.
Our trip to the beach this year culminated with a trip to the San Diego Zoo, where they have lots of beautiful and playful Pandas. Here are some of the shots from our trip through the enclosure.
